Working with healthcare providers, payers, software, and life sciences organizations, Optimum provides professional staffing and consulting services that support clients through the continuum of care. During the first 20 years of his career, Chris helped accelerate Randstad Technologies growth where he served as Vice President, North American Growth Strategy & Development. In this role he was responsible for creating, developing, and deploying a comprehensive strategy for bringing continuity, standards, measurable metrics, and accountability to the growth strategy plan in North America which exceeded $1.5B in revenue.
He then transitioned to Medicus Healthcare Solutions, as Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for the sales strategy & business development efforts within locum tenens staffing, permanent placement, and healthcare consulting. Prior to joining Optimum HIT, he held the title of Vice President of Sales, People and Culture for Total Tek, a solutions firm focused on Technology Managed Services and SAP Digital Transformation.
Chris completed his BA in Mathematics from Rollins College and resides outside of Boston, MA, is an avid sports fan to include baseball, which he played professionally for 4 years.
